Hi guys.Hoping someone has an idea because I'm stumped on this one. Our VOIP system automatically sends users an email with an attached.wav file for all incoming voicemails. With Outlook 2016 and Windows 10, we have found that we are unable to preview those files. Windows wants to open the files with Groove, and when you try to preview, it states that a previewer is not installed. If you set the default to Windows Media Player, it opens a new window that is visible on the taskbar but hidden otherwise and the file does not play. I've tried installing VLC viewer as well to test, but I receive the same message about a previewer not being installed.Any suggestions?
