I wanna ask some questions about the cheat console that have been baffling me for years.First of all, when I press? For help like the console tells me to, I never made it work up to this day. It gives error.Second, I've found many cheats online in the past and yet many I found not to work at all. I don't get it. Certain cheats like addmoney and processcq are very easy and simple. Star wars the clone wars droideka. Yet others which I use which i found online or on this list given here, give me errors. For example, has anyone managed to successfully use upgradesettlement cheat? It says it's not recognized.

Also I tried using the cheat addpopulation and when I type the settlement name next to it doesn't work. Apparentely the conole understood I made the cheat right, but it said 'settlement not found'. And no I know how to type the names correctly it's the same as processcq. For example processcq Rome works, but add population 1000 Rome says settlement not found.
